Core Bioinformatics Services & Analytics
Our core bioinformatics services span microbiome research, metagenomics, whole-genome sequencing, and transcriptomics. We use DADA2 and QIIME for amplicon data denoising, taxonomy assignment, and diversity analysis. For shotgun metagenomics, we remove host reads, assemble contigs, bin MAGs, and annotate pathways using open-source tools.
