AI and software for life sciences, made to order.
From sequencing data to the pond and the field. When an off-the-shelf tool does not fit your workflow, we build one that does: an AI model, a web or phone app, an analysis pipeline, or all three.

- Agriculture
- Environmental monitoring
Thalassemia Caller
A bioinformatics application for α- and β-globin structural variants. It resolves deletions and inversions to the breakpoint from nanopore amplicon data. We built it for a Malaysian medical research institute, for research use.
- Long-read calling of alpha and beta thalassemia deletions
- Sign-in accounts provisioned by an administrator
- For research use, with access limited to authorised users
One of our live builds. The same approach applies to your own assay, your own data types and your own users.
Shrimp yield tracker
An AI pond management app for shrimp farms. Staff photograph a sample catch on a phone, computer vision measures every shrimp, and each pond is tracked from stocking to harvest.
- Photo-based sizing: detects and measures each shrimp from a phone photo
- Pond biomass, survival, FCR and daily growth, tracked cycle by cycle
- Growth projection and harvest forecast against your target size
- Size distribution and uniformity, with pond health flags
- Water quality, events and weather on the same timeline
Built in-house as a phone app and a web app, with its own sign-in for each farm. The same approach applies to crops, livestock, fisheries and the environment.
Web and phone apps
Upload data or a photo, run a validated analysis and read the result in a browser or on a phone. Sign-in and accounts for your team, set up the way your organisation works.
AI and computer vision
Models trained on your own images and data that count, measure and grade, as in our shrimp sizing above and our Colony Counter for Android.
Analysis pipelines
Reproducible Nextflow and Snakemake workflows, containerised, deployable to AWS, GCP, Azure or on-premises infrastructure.
Dashboards and reports
Interactive dashboards and shareable reports for your results, such as the AMR sample distribution dashboard we built for the PH AMR Repository.
Have a workflow in mind?
Tell us about your data and who needs to use the result. We reply with how we would approach it.
