Nova Lifetech Pte Ltd (UEN: 201712882Z) is a private company limited by shares, incorporated and operating in Singapore. References to "we," "us," "our," or "Nova Lifetech" mean Nova Lifetech Pte Ltd. The Website (novalifetech.com) and our microbiome platform (microbiome.novalifetech.com) are operated by us and share this Privacy Policy.

Information you provide

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect: your name, organisation or lab, email address, the services you are interested in, and the project notes you write. This information is sent by email to enquiry@novalifetech.com and is used to respond to your enquiry. We do not store enquiry submissions in a separate database.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the Website is used. GA4 sets cookies that allow us to count visitors, see which pages are popular, and understand user journeys. We use Google's Consent Mode v2 to honour your choice from our cookie banner.

When you first visit, our cookie banner offers two choices:

Accept all: analytics cookies are set; we receive aggregated, anonymised usage data
Essential only: analytics cookies are not set; only those required for the site to function
Until you choose, analytics cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page

Limited disclosure occurs only with: Google (via GA4, in anonymised/aggregated form, subject to Consent Mode v2); our hosting and email providers as needed to operate the Website; and Singapore legal authorities, where required by law. Any service provider we use is bound by their own data protection commitments.

Cross-domain tracking

novalifetech.com and microbiome.novalifetech.com share the same Google Analytics property. A linker tag is used to maintain session continuity between the two domains. Both follow this Privacy Policy and your consent settings apply across both.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to withdraw consent for our processing of your data, and to request deletion of personal data we no longer need. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiry@novalifetech.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

Data retention

Enquiry form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless an active engagement requires longer retention. Anonymised analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months). Cookies persist according to your browser settings and the choice you made in our cookie banner.

Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic to the Website. Enquiry form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a server-side handler that emails them to our team. We take reasonable steps to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
